Had another company make a Bobblehead for my MIL and it turned out terrible. Luckybobbleheads assured me they would keep me involved every step of the process and have it to me on time. They came through! Great customer service and easy to work with – made all of the changes that I requested. The only downside is that it is technically not a “Bobblehead.” The whole doll is made of a material that “jiggles” and the head is slightly bigger, so it kind of bobbles too. It is also slightly bigger than your average Bobblehead. However, the craftsmanship is so much better and it is so much more realistic looking that I would definitely recommend!
